When the PCNY was established with fervor and passion in the vibrant year of 1925, our organization burst onto the scene as a beacon of unity for law enforcement unions. Since then, we've ignited a blazing trail, transforming into the unrivaled powerhouse of professional police labor across New York State!

From humble beginnings to towering success, we've soared through nearly a century of history, gathering momentum with each passing year. Today, we stand tall, boasting an extensive network of hundreds of law enforcement unions, spanning cities, towns, villages, counties, and even prestigious authorities and state police departments. But that's not all – we've expanded our reach even further, welcoming eight regional conferences and two associations of retired police officers into our vibrant family.

Nestled in the beating heart of New York's capital city, Albany, our headquarters hum with energy and purpose. Here, our dynamic team, led by a tireless president/CEO, supported by a dedicated cadre of legal, legislative, and clerical staff, works tirelessly to champion the rights and interests of our esteemed members.
